i feel like i'm in some serious trouble. i'm having a surprisingly difficult time not only staying in my calories zones but not feeling hungry only an hour or two after a meal. its starting to take its toll on me, and i'm getting discouraged. i just don't understand whats wrong with me right now, i really want to stay on target and lose my goal of 2lbs this week but at the same time easter is coming up and all my family traditions aren't making anything easy. its just getting soo frustrated! i might explode over all of this!:explode: grrrr, i don't know what to do to get everything back to where i was.

I know it's hard, especially in the beginning! Soon, your body will adjust and your stomach will need less to feel full. Until then, just try and eat things that will fill you up, like high fiber foods, soups, etc. I also drink a ton of water. That helps take the edge off of hunger sometimes. Or drink some herbal tea. In the beginning, I would eat oatmeal, high fiber english muffins, lean cuisines, etc....and add veggies like broccoli or peas that fill me up. Baked potatoes are great too! You know one of my fav meals? I love to get the WW Smartones Chicken Santa Fe and put it on top of a baked potato! Not a ton of calories and a really nice, filling meal.0

ugh i know the feeling!
but the longer your on your diet the better you will feel!
your body will get used to not eating as much and adjust to all of it
hang in there!

Hey girl I feel your pain and you just remember if you fall off the wagon, no big deal you just get back on. Life is too short to not eat something good for a holiday. Lean Cuisines really help me but the good ones are hard to find. Keep your chin up:ohwell:0
