introduction

Hello,
I am Shelby and I live in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I started my life change on January 1st 2013 and I weighed 210 lbs. I am eating fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, walking 1 mile at lunch, and reasonably portioned dinners. So far I have lost 7 lbs. I am trying to eat 1 ingredient foods such as meat, fruit, and veggies. I am doing well and have noticed my body changing for the better. I hope to reach my target weight of 150 by late May and I am planning on adding exercise as my body gets stronger so that I can attain that goal. I did not cook much before I embarked on this endeavor so I would be eager to learn new dinner recipes high in calories and low in fat. Wish me Luck LOL!!!
