Never a big eater but always ate the wrong things

I always just had my 3 meals a day and I would also have 2 or 3 snacks which to be honest started with Hershey's or Drakes most of the time. But my calorie counts would be enough for 2 days. Since I started eating only food that had to be made or ordering better choices and fruit instead of cake I am feeling a lot better and the weight loss is going great. But I still miss the other stuff from time to time, hope that goes away soon and does not have to be a choice and just becomes second nature.

    I used to do the same. I get full pretty easily and don't eat a lot, but I ate too often and it was all bad choices.
