only had 739 calories , what can I eat ?

ate comfortably and still I'm low on calories , find it so hard . just had dinner , what shall I eat ? ideas?

    Depends on your goals. If you want to be healthy go eat some healthy nuts, avocado or other healthy fatty snacks. If youre just trying to loose weight you can eat a cake and still loose weight.

    I woudln't eat.. but i have this issue a lot.

    Peanut butter on a spoon is good.

    Or some nuts

    how about skinny cow for something yummy

    or greek yogurt with choclate protein powder in ti? (or is it too late in the day for that?? LOL)

    I can't eat when i'm not hungry..
  • Nuts and seeds have lots of calories. I usually go there for a snack instead of carbs.

    Something like cheese and nuts.

    Granola and yogurt.

    Peanut (or other nut butter) with an apple, or with carrots and celery sticks.

    A smoothie.

    A couple of hard boiled eggs.

    I would bake 1 potato with 2 spoons of sour cream and a bit of steamed broccoli on the side. Just a small plate. IF you are hungry.

    If not, just eat a tomato with a bit of canned tuna and yogurt or a tiny crisp bread piece.

    Your protein is pretty low, I would probably have a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter right off the spoon or on an apple if you have enough calories.

    Two hard boiled eggs would work as well.

    good ideas . how about a slim shake? it's 206 calories I think .
