Hello All,

I'm not exactly sure on what or how i should start this post.

I'm from the UAE , 25 years old, and a college student. After actually weighing myself and discovering that I had reached my all time high, I felt that now was the time, now I NEED to change. My starting weight was 136.8 KG, however I am pleased to state that after a week and half of following thru with logging in EVERYTHING I eat, i dropped 1.3 kG. :happy:

My goal weight is hopefully 75-80KG.

But I have a goal that by June this year, I'd want to have dropped down by 15KG. I know it can be done, cuz I've been reading numerous posts by other members, and I feel so inspired that YES IT CAN BE DONE. :smile:

I hope my weightloss journey will continue swiftly for myself, and for everyone :flowerforyou: :tongue:
