    My own MFPals are going to cringe at my answer because they will have no idea I would endorse such a product... but recleanse.com is one I've used a number of times. Now, I believe it just works because the diet is all organic, natural and cuts out dairy, salt, sugar etc. for a week. But if it takes doing a boxed program for a week to get you started with healthy eating I say go for it.
