ALMOST ate out for lunch...but DIDN'T!

I was getting hungry and ALMOST ate out for lunch today. However, using the MFP app on my phone, I discovered there was NOTHING even worth eating, not with everything having at least 500mg of sodium (one of those Charley's subs has a whopping 1700 mg of sodium, more than I'm allowed for the WHOLE DAY)! In addition, when it's the military base and all four eateries had at least 10 people in line, that added to the waiting time.

I waited till I got home and ate lunch (broiled chicken drummettes dredged in lemongrass, rice, and steamed cabbage), which had only 13 mg of sodium! What a HUGE difference!

Because I have the combo of Type 2 Diabetes AND high blood pressure, I have to be EXTRA careful about the sodium content.
