Does anyone have a good excercise program that I can do three times a week for thirty minutes that will help me loose tommy fat and thigh and butt fat Please let me know Thanks Vanessa:smile:

    I love 30 Day Shred. It's meant to be done for 30 days but I do it when I don't feel like going to the gym and stuff.

    Ditto on 30 Day Shred! I don't use it everyday because I try to do other exercises. Costco has it for $8.00! Good Luck!
  • I use The Firm Cardio Sculp Blaster its only 30 minutes, and i burned more or less 450 calories every time i used it.

    You realize you can't pick and choose where you lose fat from, right?

    And you'd need to be more specific in terms of your stats, experience, and equipment availability if I'm going to throw appropriate recommendations your way.
