Ok, so i researched tdee and according to the information i entered my bmr is 1393. My TDEE is 2159 and my goal to loose weight is 1727.
So my question is, (and although it may sound dumb I'm still confused), should i eat 1727 calories as my net calories or my gross calories per day?!

Gross. If you use the TDEE method, you do not eat more on Exercise days.0
