Day 2 level 1 30 day Shred .

I just finished day 2 level 1 of the 30 day Shred . I was still a bit sore from day 1 but decided to push on anyway . I'm glad I did .

    great job!! awesome you were determined to keep going, even after being sore!! I'm on my 2nd round of 30DS. ( i stopped mid level 2 last time). just did my day 5 (level 1). The first 3 days were the WORST! I was soooo sore that it even hurt to sit and get up off the toilet! lol. Keep going with the shred, you will be so happy you did. You'll get wonderful results. I think I lost about 8lbs in the 2 weeks I did the shred. this time around Ive already lost 2.6 lbs in 5 days of the shred! woohoo! ;]

    Day 3 is when i got really sore. once you get going the pain kind of goes away. Goodluck. :)

    oh ya! come back to this post and keep us updated on your results! I would love to hear how you're doing! I think after I finish the Shred I'm going to start her 90 Day program: Body Revolution.
