Anyone have a Bosu ball?

Do any of my MFPers have a Bosu ball? I used one a few times during physical therapy for my back. It seems like a wonderful tool for core strengthening, but I'm hesitant to go buy one right now, due to their cost. If you have one, do you like it? How often do you use it? Thankyou!

i just bought one the other day at costco. it came with four dvds. i've been wanting one for years but did not want to drive hours away to a big fitness store and could never find one close by. so when i saw it, i grabbed it! ive only tried a few exercises on it and definitely can see how great it will be for my core.
