cheat meals

how often do you cheat and what do you normally do for that meal?
i eat clean and run about a 500cal deficit for 6 days before cheating for one meal once a week where i go over my daily goal by a lot usually. but its only from one meal and i make sire i have the retained water out of my body within the next 2 days. i usually do not see any change in weight since im pretty lean as it is, but i wonder whats other peoples take on this? it`s hard for me to maintain my sanity without cheating at all..and no, i cant do just one piece of pizza or a small slice of cake!lol
