I just finished lunch and I feel the same way. I feel very full, I ate a chicken breast with brown rice. I always eat that. Today I feel extra full. I was just thinking I hope I'm not going to gain since I am feeling this full. Let's see how full we are in a couple hours!!!!:laugh:0

What sort of exercise plan are you on? If any? The BMR calculator should give you a good estimate of calories per day you need, with some additional calories subtracted so you would lose 1 to 2 lbs per week.
If you're only lightly active I would think you could subtract a few more calories.0 -
Well it depends on one how much you work out. I know when I do a good work out and feel like I am gonna die then I am hungry all day long. On the reverse when I dont work out , and just clean house and all that its an effort just to get my main cals. down. Two it depends on what you are eating. Starches tend to fill you up faster then vegg's or meat. I tend to save them for last and get in the good stuff first. Also how much are you drinking before you eat, and durning. You could be filling up on liquid and not even know it. Try not to drink 15 mins before eating and only sip very small amounts during the meal . It might help.0

well I eat healthy and all that.. I work out everyday and strength train. Im just wondering what happens if i dont eat all of my calories it says I need to...will i gain? or if I do eat them am I over eating if im already full?0

I would say adjust as needed then. You can scale back your portions some just make sure you're giving your body the fuel it needs for your strength training. You'll need enough protein to build muscle and enough calories on top of your BMR calories.
There's always an option of doing protein shakes to add in some calories in the form of a drink. Not as heavy as a meal and it can add some quick calories.0
