You can safely microwave eggs (poached, sunny side up, whites only, over easy, scrambled the possibilities are endless).

Honestly just get a toaster and simply unplug it and put it away every time you use it. I got away with a coffee machine, toaster, and a microwave. You can get away with a grill and a toaster.

    Try refrigerator oatmeal - http://www.theyummylife.com/Refrigerator_Oatmeal

Just mix it all in a container the night before, and it's ready to eat in the morning :)

I would get a little concealed element crock pot. Crock pot is your friend. You can roast meats in it etc etc.

What are your favourite healthy meals? Google the way to prepare it in the microwave. You can prepare anything in the microwave

You can get microwavable brown rice, mix in some quacamole and take a slice of turkey breast and cut it into bite size pieces. I have this for lunch during the week and love it. Better Oats instant plain oatmeal is great with some raisins mixed in. You can make couscous. Jennie-O turkey burgers could be cooked in the microwave and then eat without bread, just some sliced avocado on top and a little ketchup.

Microwave recipes - I thought I had a lot but they are all for desserts  (Pre-MFP days of course)!!

It is amazing what you can cook in a microwave - just be careful to use microwave safe dishes.

These are some Australian sites to try for something different?

I guess the reason they don't want open elements is the fear of fire - not a happy thought, so I would be sticking to the rules. Don't want fire.
