My confession...

I have been working out daily (30 mins) and tracking my calories on here for about 10 days. I think I've been under (by a little) my calorie goal 9 out of the 10 days, but doing pretty well, and working hard with the exercise. My first weigh in at 7 days was a bit of a let down because I had put on 2lbs... since then I felt really disappointed, and I have cracked a little and snacked on chocolates (I have a tin of Roses from Christmas which I hide on top of a cupboard but a couple of days I've had a handful of chocolates) Or a lindor out of the cupboard. I know it's not a huge splurge (compared to how I'd usually treat myself... say a takeaway, or far too much pizza etc.) just a couple of tiny chocolates a day BUT I feel bad that my discipline has lagged most days. I don't want to be adding 1 lindor or 1 piece of chocolate orange to my diary on a regular basis.
I just moved up to level 2 of the 30 Day Shred and took some new photos. I think I look horrible in all of them but my boyfriend said he can see a difference. I know I'm making progress... so I'm getting back on the wagon and going to try harder with food next week, as I think I've got the exercise side of things pretty down :)

Don't give up. Keep at it and you will see the results, both in visual terms and on the scale. Gotta get that chocolate thing under control though!!
