How can I maintain my weight and tone my stomach?

When I was younger, probably somewhere along the ages of 12 or 13. I weighed around 220 pounds. I've managed to lose that weight and I'm at 133 lbs, but now I'm losing more weight than I want to, I'm exhausted most of the time and my appetite has somewhat decreased, which is making me nervous. I eat very healthy..although my craving for bread/sugars that are in fruit, icecream and yoghurt have grown. lol.. What are some ways/foods (besides surgery) that can help me lose a bit of my stomach or the entire thing.. Which would be much nicer, but I want to maintain my weight. I have a busy schedule and I work very often. The current exercises I have been doing recently is 10 minutes of easy Pilates and it is usually every night.
