what should I put?

Okay, so we are moving office at the minute. I normally sit all day and don't really move much as I'm a typist.

Just wondering though, moved a lot of things today, some heavy lifting (ie taking closed files out, putting in bags and then moving them all to front of office). What should I put down? Should I just make up so many calories and quick add or should I just leave?

    You could use the "light cleaning" entry if you wanted to give yourself some cardio credit. That would be my suggestion...good luck with the move!
