I just ordered an exercise bike . I can't wait to get it ! I will be peddling while I'm watching tv .

    That's very cool! And congratulations on your awesome loss! I don't have room for an exercise bike or treadmill in my teeny apartment but I have access to 2 gyms. I like the idea of a non-food reward at times--when I get 5 pounds from goal weight, I am going to buy some new clothes! :)

    That's a great treat! I use mine all the time. I have Netflix, so I've been watching the entire series of Medium. It really keeps me pedaling!
