looking skinny at the top and bottom half, belly hangs:(

ive written a few of these posts, i really need some advice.
Im starting to look very skinny at the top half of my body and the bottom half my legs. But my belly still hangs!! They call it the apron look. I really dont want to look any more skinny at the top or bottom, what can i do?

Not sure I think in some ways we loos wear we loos first and last no matter what, like my sister is pear shap when she gains weight she gains it in her lower body, when I gain weight I gain it evenlly, it will kinda loos in the same way it gained,
but also if its just your tummy then maybe you have a swollen tummy from a food elergy, or maybe just doing some palaties will help it0 -
