Okay ... hard pill to swallow ... up 4.5 lbs this week ... this is what eating too much pizza and not drinking my water does to me. YIKES!! Hope you all have a great day.

I've had a gain over the past 2 weeks as well. Too much birthday cake! BUT, I'm back at my start weight now, and I have a chance to start over. Good luck! :flowerforyou:0

Hi Everyone,
I've been stressed out and I have'nt quit smoking yet. I am hoping to quit by April 1st. We will see how that goes. Hope all is well with everyone.
