Salad Dressing ideas

Does anyone have any recipes for or know of any brands of salad dressing that is both low-fat and low sodium. I seem to find mostly low-fat, once in a while a low sodium but not both.

Also, add me if you wish, I could always use more friends and support. The mutual encouragement seems to be a huge factor.

Make your own! You can make a killer ranch dressing using fat free Greek yogurt and your own blend of spices and herbs. I usually put fresh dill, fresh parsley, dried basil, onion powder, garlic powder, a bit of paprika and ground black pepper, and occasionally some sriracha hot sauce. Then I add a bit of water to thin it out. One ounce has about 15 calories.

I like this idea.....in a mason canning jar....regular sized one.....mix 1 cup lowfat or fatfree sour cream, lowfat or fatfree mayo, and 1 packet of any Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix. Shake it and keep in fridge.....you can see the amount measurement on side of jar. It is very low in fat and calories.
