I'm 21 and my resting heart rate is always around 100 to 110. It's fine. It doesn't mean anything is wrong with you.
Umm.... it absolutely means that there is something wrong with you. WHAT is wrong with you is the question here. It could be hyperthyroidism, anxiety disorders, low stroke volume, mega-high blood pressure, etc... If your resting heart rate is over 80 you are not healthy.0
