Hello everyone! I'm planning my grocery list and need some meal ideas!! Mainly for dinner :) but anything will help! And will be much appreciated! Thank you!

    stir frys are great for me. Usually really cheap (i'm a vegetarian if that matters).
    you just need veggies, protein, and a grain if you like.
    I buy different blends of mixed frozen veggies then add either a frozen veggie patty (like Boca), lentils, beans, tofu, quinoa, or split peas.
    You can do any kind of sauce - sometimes i just leave them plain.
    Of course you can do any kind of meat or veggie. just throw it in the pan!

    Lately Ive been crazy for baked chicken! Thighs, breasts, what evers on sale. I make a spice mix of garlic salt(or powder), onion powder, italian herbs, and a little cayenne! 400 until cooked through.. awesome! Then of course veggies on the side ;]
