I can't eat dairy, except for hard cheeses and yogurt. Is there anything I can substitute for dairy?

Lots, just check out your dairy section. They even have lactose free products.

There are tons of differnt milks out there. Coconut, soy, rice, almond, goat....

You can also get soy yogurt, coconut, rice and soy ice cream, soy "sour cream" and "cream cheese", You can even get Rice whipped cream now.

Pretty much anything you need to replace, you can replace. Not sure aobut things like cottage cheese though, you might be out of luck with things like that.

Unless you just woke up this morning and discovered you were lactose intolerant, I'm surprised you haven't already figured this out.
