How in the heck can you determine how many calories you burn during a workout.?
I have heard about HRM's, FitBit, BodyBugg... what's the best? I really don't care what my HR is during a workout, I just want to know how many cals I burned. And should the calories burned during recovery be included in your cal count?
Should I wear something all day? or just for the workout? I am so confused
