Sometimes I have a hard time logging all that I eat and often times I just dont feel like it. I know Im not the only one that feels this way, so heres a tip........I plan my lunches and/ or dinners through out the week and log them at the beginning of the week. This way I only have to log breakfast and snacks, and if my lunch or dinner changes (which it usually doesn't) I just edit. Hope someone can use this tid bit of information. #TeamFit#
