I eat lemons.

That's not all I eat, of course. I tend to not eat conventionally, in the sense of a diet at least (or as most people call it a"lifestyle change" -- don't shoot me). Sometimes I splurge and eat a bunch of high fat things, sometimes I'm very strict and eat "clean," and other times I use all my calories to get drunk. It all depends, but either way, I try to eat within my goals and add more exercise to my life. I'd love to have more friends who share their diaries, as I like to see what is working for others.

I'm 23, 5'11" and want to lose 30-40lbs. I've currently taken on running and want to advance onto other things once I learn how to not get injured. With that, I'd also like to have some more MFP friends who actually know how to properly exercise. Sharing is caring, after all.
