When is it best to have the days bigger meal

Evening meal for me. I'm not hungry at breakfast time. Lunch is often rushed at work. The evening meal is the one I cook and share and can eat at leisure so I prefer that to be the biggest. Also, I am tempted to snack later in the evening, and I think (although I'm not sure about this), that having a bigger meal in the early evening makes me less likely to feel hungry later on.
I think different things are going to suit different individuals, depending on routines, social circumstances, work, appetite, etc.0
