Things to look forward to.....

As we reach our goals, list yours too!

I've lost 60 pounds so far and amazingly....

I have a lap!

My resting heart rate is 53 and I still weigh 199 pounds and now have to work harder to burn calories. I can no longer base my calorie burn off MFP!!!

I can RUN! I love running!

I will not get diabetes (diet induced)

I will not get high blood pressure (diet induced)

I get to wear smaller clothes!

I am 3 pounds away from being halfway through and I feel amazing.

I know there are so many feelings and new discoveries, share yours!

    Congratulations on your achievement. Your comment about seeing your lap made me smile as I am just starting out and that is one thing that will definitely be on my achievement list when I get there, getting rid of this huge belly is my main goal.
