Hi Ladies/Gentleman,

I havent been doing very good getting on here every day as i dont really have anyone to talk to about weight loss
and what works what dosent. i just joined the beginning of January. So far what MFP has done for me is really
show me that iam an IMPULSIVE eater and its hard to track 180 little things a day.. ive cut my calorie intake down
to 1400 i believe but im not intaking that much. i started a back to basic training program in the USAF that is mandatory
5 days a week and then the other 2 days are self paced.this is instructed by Active duty members who are FIT TO FIGHT
This program takes me back to the day when i weighed 120 pds and
could barely do a pushup.. now weighing 177 i feel i need to cut down my BMI which is 29.4 and my percentage of fat... which
is a 30... anyone who is trying to lose 30+ pds. LETS TALK!!!!!!!!!! IVE BEen on the GREEN COFFEE BEAN extract for 5 days and its amazzzzzzzzzzzinggg.... let me know what works for you!!!
