Long time lurker, first time poster

Alright, maybe it's not my first, but I'm pretty sure it is. I figure it's time to introduce myself. I've been using MFP for a couple years, on and off. When I use it to track calories I lose weight. When I don't, I gain. I'm currently at my highest weight, so I now have about 100 lbs to lose, and I'm kinda short.

In the past I've been very into weight training, cycling, hiking, kayaking, and jogging, but when I started grad school over a year ago I stopped exercising. i've been walking the past few months, but I'm starting in with weights again next week. I've lost nearly my entire support system over this past year, so I really need people to keep me motivated. Just seeing people logging on here helps! Basically, I'm trolling for friends. Add me please. :)
