Trying to figure out cal of restaurant food

Tomorrow I have to eat out with people at a steak place in town. They have low carb menu there, which is either grilled Barramundi or Grilled Pork chop. The restaurant doesn't have any nutritional information provided. They just list the weight of the food serving size, and weight of macronutrient. Anybody know how to figure the calories of these 2 dishes?

Grilled Barramundi

Serving size weight: 315 gram

Protein : 53.2 gram
Fat: 2.2 gram
Carb: 2.6 gram

Pork Chop

Serving size weight: 450 gram

Protein: 67.4 gram
Fat: 10.5 gram
Carb: 5 gram

Are you on a low carb diet? I agree with the others though, a nice steak is always a good choice. You have no clue what's going into all of those other items.
