I want to re-start the 30days shred (didnt finish it so just decided to start again) but I also thought I'd do the 6week 6pack at the same time. Is this a bad idea, if I was using the same muscles too much or should I do one after the other or 1 day 30day shred then the next day 6week 6pack?
