Dorm room food

So I began eating pretty clean a little while back, and since then I haven't been eating quite as much as I should. I live on campus in a dorm (actually, I'm an RA. So I should say "residence hall), and am on a meal plan. So after three meals a day I can't go back to any of the dining services.

There's a grocery store within walking distance of the school, so I'm heading over there after lunch. But I'm not entirely sure what to get, and am looking for some suggestions.

I usually grab fruit and bring it back to my room from the dining hall, so that's not an issue. I also don't want to get anything that can perish faster than I can eat it (since I live in such close proximity with other people). And I have a mini fridge, so I can put some stuff in there, so refrigerated items are an option.

Thanks!

Depends what you are eating the rest of the time - are there any holes in your diet/ are you getting all the recommended servings of produce in the full rainbow of colours, dairy, oily fish, fibre and mineral rich foods? Do you need any more of a particular macro?

Canned oily fish, canned beans, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, whey protein powder, plain Greek yoghurt, low fat soft cheese, reduced fat hard cheese, omega-enriched eggs if you have a microwave.
