Somebody at a weight watchers meeting one time told me "elastic is not your friend". Well, I have lost about 18 lbs now and the clothes I was wearing (with elastic) are still a little snug! I guess they were stretched to the max before! I guess its true - ELASTIC IS NOT YOUR FRIEND. you think you can still fit in a size 16 when you prob need a 20! lol!
