Wish people would describe the diet they want advice on first...
Anyway, you should only avoid foods that give you adverse reactions. If wheat does not cause any bad reactions, there is absolutely no reason to avoid it.0 -
Wheatbelly is a scheme by a doctor trying to make a quick buck selling books.
in 5 years, people will look back and laugh about how silly it was.
if you have a legitimate health condition (e.g. Celiac) for avoiding those products, then do so. for the rest of us, it's just another in a long line of fad diets designed around the idea that some foods are "bad" and should be entirely avoided.0
