Goosebump

Hi guys !
Does anyone get goosebump during intense cardio workout ?
I've started this really intense cardio workout a few weeks ago. Really enjoy it, get a really (and I mean a REALLY) good sweat. It's some kind of interval and lasts 45 minutes. The last 2 or 3 times I did it, I noticed that I get goosebump on my arms and shoulders toward the end of the workout. Well, I didn't really see it but could feel it. I'm wondering what it could be. This morning I noticed it happens right when I start the final combo, when I'm certainly getting tired but seem to get a second wind knowing it's almost over. Plus the music really get me pushing Could it be a rush of excitment/hormones or something ? Or does it have a more biological meaning realated to, maybe, overheating ? My arms a litterally burning red when I'm done.

I have a friend who gets goosebumps when he needs to go poo.
I always forget this and ask if he's cold when he has goosebumps.0 -
I have no idea but I'm interested in the answer. My face, neck, and arms get super red when I run and work out real hard too.0

Thanks !
I guess I'll have to pay greater attention to proper hydratation, though it's not really possible to drink as much as they recommand during the workout.0
