What kinds of exercises do you do at home without weights? I am looking to change up my workout at home for the non-gym days.. tired of nothing but crunches, push ups, planks, lunges and jumping jacks..

Any ideas?

    Seems realistic enough.

Google (or search these forums) for body weight exercises.

assisted handstand pushups like the pic posted are totally realistic. i'm still a good 60 pounds overweight with sometimes shoulder issues and i can do them and i'm getting very close to being able to do a 1 unassisted.

bodyweight stuff i do are things like pistol squats, jumping lunges, frog jumps, burpees, pushup variations (there's like a zillion), and capoeira

    skaters
    lunges in all directions
    mountain climbers
    inchworms
yoga poses: boat, triangle, warrior are top of mind
    chair squat
    1 legged squats
    all 7 million plank variations
    shadow boxing

Yeah, you need a pull, and Mark Lauren has ones called 'let me in', and 'let me up'.

Kettle ball. Just one good weight one at home and you can do a ton!

I was going to say this or Convict Conditioning.

CC has the same basic exercises but teaches you how to make different variations to make them more difficult.
