Does anyone know of, or follow a twitter page that post motivational or encouraging comments and healthy advice? Just thought it would be cool to have something pop up on my phone once in a while.

    @dolvett (side note to this, don't follow Bob Harper. All he does is try to sell his own stuff and sponsors stuff. I haven't heard this much about Quaker oatmeal in my life!)

    You can just search fitness or nutrition then just look through some pages you might like. Shaun T is pretty motivating too.
