I did my first 5K and ran the entire time!!! Too bad my pedometer stopped working but my hubby kinda timed me between 40 & 45 minutes

    Thanks everyone! It was sunny but 40F in Vallejo, CA! It hurts to breath the cold air for the first 5 minutes or so but got better after. My next one is on February 2nd for the Dirty Girl Mud Run in SF then my first 10K in June in the beautiful Napa Valley for the Salmon Run! I'm so pumped right now lol!

    I just ran a 5K today also. They are super addictive! My next race is in April and will be a half marathon!
