periodically to maintain its effectiveness. I have lost 13 pounds so far and each time when i weight in on MFP there is a message that comes up that i lost 10 pounds and should re-enter certain information.
Has this happened to anybody else?
I am also wondering should my calorie needed per day be revisited periodically when you lose 10 pounds.
Would be grateful for feedback. Thanks

As you lose weight, your BMR and TDEE decrease so to keep losing at the same rate, you'll need to eat less.0
