mine is cabbage soup
ground turkey, purple onion , garlic. salt and pepper. once everything is cooked up pour it in the stew pot (dont drain the meat) add the fresh stredded cabbage, chicken broth, a can of rotel, and let cook until cabbage is done.

the house smells incredible. it is highly adaptable. there is no fruit or nuts in mine just based on what i have or rather don't have in the house right now. mine is just 2 cups of oats, pumpkin, brown sugar, splenda, oil, salt, cinnamon and vanilla extract0 -

weight watchers one point chili. I use lean ground beef instead of turkey. still under 100 calories per cup. I put it in the recipe builder so i can have the fat, cals, & carbs calculated.0 -
