We have a wii and use Just Dance of an evening. I think I like it better than the kid does. Our son has the kinect and I love the hands free option! I can work up a sweat with either. Good for you in trying to keep active and healthy with the MS. Friends that I have who have chosen that path have slowed it down some. Others (like our friend that I care for every night) just sit down and give up. So a pat on the back for you!
You know its really one of those damned if you do and damned if you don't kind of diseases. No 2 people are a like. I have friends who were running marathons one day and unable to move the next, some are booze hounds and smoke and do drugs and their brain looks like swiss cheese but they have little to no symptoms. I just try to stay as healthy as possible and move as much as I can. Some days I can't do much at all while other days I'm on the go non stop. I just never know from one day to the next how I'm going to do..But then does anyone really know? I've learned I can never say to anyone that I will be there to do xyz. I tell them I'll do my best to make it but can't guarantee it.0
