Hi, my name is Amy, 38 years old and I have a 10 year old daughter. I just restarted P90X the lean version. Tomorrow is day 7 (X stretch), which I am desperately looking forward to doing. I'm very sore after the first week. I knew it would happen, so I was very careful during each workout to avoid injury, but muscle soreness is a fact of life.

I have a small frame and even though my BMI is in the normal range, it's on the high end where I don't feel very comfortable.
