Any good reads?

I am really interested in the reasons why we do the diets the way we do, so as a bit of late night reading i was wondering if anyone could recommend some interesting reads for me! I already have wheat belly which im about to start tonight but i wanted some more ideas! thanks!

I do LOVE the name of the book and im going to download it for my ereader! I am quite far into my wheat one, its starting to convince me to give it up, although at the same time i dont know if i want too (Its such a huge part of our diets!)
