Need help with calories

Seems like at the end of the day my fitness pal tells me that I am in starvation mode and need more calories, but I am not hungry anymore. So how do i go about getting more calories?

    Eat more? Foods with more calories? It's not hard. Peanut butter, nuts, eggs, oils, meats, full fat dairy. Just plan your day to include more calories start to finish.
