Anyone 230 plus doing 30 day shred or completed it?

I'm starting it tomorrow and nervous that it won't go well because of my weight but have to start somewhere right ?

    I'm 229 and find it very bareable but that's down to running and tae bo which is much harder in my opinion . give it ago and take pauses if you feel you have to . I'm did day 3 today and still bearable , always completed it . u can do it x

    I'm at about 215 and find it doable. I've done it when I was larger. You can still modify moves or slow down. For example, I don't like to do butt kicks so I just do another cardio move during that time. Even if you can only do a few moves when you initially try it, you'll see improvement really quickly. I treat it like most exercise classes- do what you can, and if you get to a move that's too difficult, modify it or just keep moving. I think you'll do fine. :smile:
