Water weight retention from exercise is one possibility.

You already look pretty fit and thin in your profile photo so you might be close to the proper weight, which means losing is very difficult.

If you aren't weighing and measuring your food you might be underestimating portion sizes.

If you use a Heart Rate Monitor to work out or MFP calculations they could be off and you could be burning less than you think you are so if you eat your exercise calories back you could be eating too many.

Use a tape measure, it changes more slowly than the scale but it is more truthful about progress if you have weight to lose, if you are trying to gain muscle I assume you would want to see it increase? Not sure, I'm still in the losing phase.

Also go by how clothes fit.

To get the best advice you should make your food diary public to give people a sense of what you're doing.
