There was a male user who posted a recipe that was a lot like the nutrition in Shakeology. If you are out there please repost so I can copy it, I had it but lost it.

    as someone who has used Shakeology for a while, but is currently researching alternatives... there are a lot of good options out there that include the same superfoods as Shakeology for a fraction of the cost. the only issue with the homemade shake is that it won't include these superfoods or pro/prebiotics
