High calorie low carb snacks?

I have my macros set for 40/30/30 C/P/F and I am having issues meeting my caloric intake of 1,200 while not going over in carbs. I'm already struggling and force feeding myself to eat 1200 cals while increasing from 400-600 cals. I feel stuffed. Anyway, are there any snacks that's high in calories but lower in carbs? I'm kind of a plain and picky eater unfortunately. I went -47 over on my carbs for the day and am beating myself up over it. I'm trying so hard.
